My work focuses on helping researchers, practitioners, and administrators improve services in education, healthcare, and other settings. Drawing on implementation science and quality improvement, I support teams in moving evidence and ideas into everyday practice in ways that fit their contexts. The goal is not just change, but change that is pragmatic and sustainable.

In 2023, I founded Mosinian Research & Consultancy (in dedication to my Armenian grandparents, Isaac and Vera Mosinian) to help researchers and practitioners learn about and use implementation science. I have the privilege of working with partners in Cyprus and worldwide to design, test, and improve the implementation of routine educational and clinical services.

In 2026, this work is expanding to integrate quality improvement, recognizing the need not only to implement evidence-based practices but also to improve the quality and impact of services.
